Wij vertrouwen erop dat deze onzorgvuldige gang van zaken onderzocht wordt opdat de dienstverlening verbeterd wordt en geen mensen levens in gevaar komen. We have already experienced four times in the family that the prescriptions sent by two separate general practitioners were not received by the pharmacy Ballintijn/veldsema. We trust that this careless state of affairs will be investigated so that the service is improved and no people's lives are endangered.
M	Mischa Hondius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaak lang wachten in de rij. Nog geen 1x gehad dat datgene wat klaar zou moeten liggen ook daadwerkelijk klaarligt. Ook bij koeienletters op recepten van de huisarts worden aanwijzingen of verzoeken gewoon genegeerd. Bij overstappen van het 1 naar het andere merk moet er weer opnieuw een recept worden aangevraagd, terwijl medewerkers zelf gewoon het merk pakken wat op dat moment voorhanden ligt. Het is simpelweg een afhaal fabriek zonder onderlinge communicatie. Er wordt niet meegedacht of echt ingelezen in de klant. Erg kwalijk voor een partij die (soms levensreddende) medicatie voorziet. Bij veel commerciële webshops is de voorraadbeheer, communicatie en service beter op orde. Often a long wait in line. Never once had that which should be ready is actually ready. Even with capital letters on prescriptions from the GP, instructions or requests are simply ignored. When switching from one brand to another, a new prescription has to be requested, while employees themselves simply take the brand that is available at that time. It is simply a takeaway factory with no mutual communication. There is no thinking along or really reading into the customer. Very bad for a party that provides (sometimes life-saving) medication. In many commercial web shops, stock management, communication and service are in better order.
D	Dimitar Dimitrov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager spent 10 minutes explaining to me why she wouldn’t respect the validity of my EU prescription, stating reasons like ‘why are you buying this here?’, ‘why don’t you buy the medicine in Bulgaria?’ and ‘I know what this medicine is’ (it’s prep, for HIV prevention). According to the EU low, prescription from any EU countries should be accepted in any other EU country.
