★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De hazelnoot slagroomtaart is hun signature taartje. Een werkelijk heerlijk taartje!!! Echter is het personeel niet echt vrolijk en is chagrijnig. Toch kom ik hier regelmatig omdat het taartje zo lekker is. Daarom een ster minder voor het personeel.
 The hazelnut cream pie is their signature pie. A truly delicious cake !!! However, the staff is not really happy and grumpy. Still, I come here regularly because the cake is so delicious. Therefore one star less for the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We kochten ieder jaar duivekater bij de Lange, maar sinds 2 jaar is wat ons betreft de receptuur veranderd en smaakt het brood niet meer naar de vertrouwde duivekater. We hebben hem nu gekocht bij Kroes in Purmerend. Dat is de enige echte..!!!!
Every year we bought pigeon tomcat from de Lange, but since 2 years the recipe has changed and the bread no longer tastes like the familiar pigeon tomcat. We have now bought it from Kroes in Purmerend. That's the one and only .. !!!!
