Veel complimenten gehad van gasten dat ze nog nooit zo lekker hadden gegeten op een bruiloft. Tijdens de organisatie was BAQ-fiets heel flexibel met tijden, opbouwen, etc. Aanrader! Joeri and his team provided a fantastic BBQ during our wedding. The team is attentive, the food was delicious, price-quality is top. Many compliments from guests that they had never eaten so well at a wedding. During the organization, BAQ bicycle was very flexible with times, construction, etc. Recommended!

Joerie en Maria dachten echt mee, en deden er alles aan om mijn te ontzorgen! Ik zou ze aan iedereen aanbevelen! I hired the BAQ bike for my 40th birthday. Not only was the food top notch, but the communication in the preparation for it was also very pleasant. Joerie and Maria really thought along, and did everything they could to unburden me! I would recommend them to everyone!

Je wordt maar 1 keer 50 en om dat toch te kunnen vieren in corona tijd met maximaal 30 gasten is een extra uitdaging. Joeri had daar al over nagedacht en had een kant-en klaar plan paraat voor een corona-proof bbq. Ik had zo mijn wensen en daar dacht Joeri creatief in mee. 3 uur voor aanvang van het feest begon het plotseling buiten alle verwachtingen te onweren en met 1 telefoontje naar Joeri werd plan b ingezet: ipv bbq in het westerpark naar binnen in de Werkplaats. Dat was even schakelen maar verliep soepel. Ruim op tijd was de lokatie klaar voor het feest. Toen ik net na aanvang als geintje aan Joeri vroeg of we niet toch nog naar het park konden verhuizen omdat het droog was, ging hij daar, oplossingsgericht als hij is, serieus op in. Het werd uiteindelijk een mooi proportioneel uitgebalanceerd menu met o.a. mooie zalm, lekkere merquez worst, killer hamburger en veel lof van mijn gasten. Opvallend: zonder sauzen zo typisch bij BBQ en die heb ik geen seconde gemist. Speciale vermelding ook van de zomersalade met gegrilde Limburgse asperge en aardbeien, yummie! You only turn 50 once and to be able to celebrate that in corona time with a maximum of 30 guests is an extra challenge. Joeri had already thought about this and had a ready-made plan ready for a corona-proof BBQ. I had my wishes and Joeri thought creatively. 3 hours before the start of the party it suddenly started to thunder outside of all expectations and with one phone call to Joeri, plan b was deployed: instead of bbq in the westerpark, entering the Werkplaats. That was a bit of a switch but went smoothly. The venue was ready for the party well in advance. When I asked Joeri as a joke just after the start if we could not move to the park after all because it was dry, he took this seriously, solution-oriented as he is. In the end it became a nice proportionally balanced menu with, among other things, beautiful salmon, tasty merquez sausage, killer hamburger and much praise from my guests. Striking: without sauces so typical at BBQ and I have not missed a second. Special mention also of the summer salad with grilled Limburg asparagus and strawberries, yummie! John Coumans

Eten was divers en van hoge kwaliteit en alles was mogelijk en kon rekening mee gehouden worden (denk aan bijvoorbeeld diëten en allergieën). Contact vooraf was fijn en snel via de telefoon en mail. Ik zou BAQ-fiets zeker aanraden voor allerlei soorten feestjes! Had a delicious BBQ with collagas! Food was diverse and of high quality and everything was possible and could be taken into account (think for example of diets and allergies). Contact in advance was nice and fast by phone and mail. I would definitely recommend BAQ bike for all kinds of parties!

Het is erg prettig afspraken maken en afstemmen met Joeri, hij denkt mee en werkt erg zelfstandig. De producten zijn vers, lokaal, en de presentatie top, en het menu was zoals verwacht weer heerlijk met zowel vlees, vis als groentegerechten. De gerechten zijn bovendien origineel en hebben een verhaal, duidelijk geen fastfood dus. Onze gasten stonden dan ook in de rij voor de heerlijke hamburgers! Erg lekker waren ook huisgemaakte koffieworsten, de salades caprese en gegrilde groenten. BAQ bicycle traveled with us to southern Germany for the second time to strengthen our food truck lunch. It is very pleasant to make appointments and coordinate with Joeri, he thinks along and works very independently. The products are fresh, local, and the presentation top notch, and the menu was as expected again delicious with both meat, fish and vegetable dishes. The dishes are also original and have a story, so clearly no fast food. Our guests stood in line for the delicious burgers! Home-made coffee sausages, caprese salads and grilled vegetables were also very tasty.

From the first contact to the last, communication was really easy and positive and they accommodated all our wishes perfectly, including feeding lots of hungry kids! They set up, grilled and packed up almost without us realising it even though it was in our garden, and the food was absolutely delicious - our guests couldn't say nicer things, and neither can we. Joeri catered for our wedding of 60 guests and all the reviews from everyone after the party that the food was absolutely amazing. We had a tomato gazpacho (amazing on a summer day!), different salads, steak, shrimps, mussels, pulled smoked chicken buns and to top it all off, the best burgers you can imagine. All the food was presented beautifully and the ingredients were on point. You could tell that Joeri puts his heart and soul into his preparations. Could not thank you enough for your amazing food Joeri! If only I can get married again so we can eat all the great food :D
