★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waren het enige koppel dat in het restaurant waren het eten, niet gek want alle 3 de gerechten wat ik bestelde hadden ze niet. De frieten waren van de dag ervoor.
Het eten was niet top
We were the only couple in the restaurant eating the food, not surprising as all 3 dishes I ordered didn't have them. The fries were from the day before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteren - op 13 september - was de officiële opening en die wilden we natuurlijk niet missen. Het eten was heerlijk, het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de inrichting vonden we ook top. We komen zeker terug!
Yesterday - on September 13 - was the official opening and of course we didn't want to miss it. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful and we also loved the decor. We'll be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes! Wat was dat een lekker ontbijt en fantastische cappuccino ❤ Saam was onze redding die dag. Bij Van der Valk waar we sliepen was het ontbijt 2x zo duur (en viel gewoon tegen) en geen verse cappuccino te krijgen... Dus dag 2 opzoek naar echt ontbijt... en dan fiets je langs Saam. Het was héérlijk!
Yes! That was such a nice breakfast and fantastic cappuccino ❤ Together was our salvation that day. At Van der Valk where we slept, breakfast was twice as expensive (and was just disappointing) and you couldn't get fresh cappuccino... So day 2 looking for real breakfast... and then you cycle along Saam. It was delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth a visit of you happen to be in the neighbourhood. SAAM is attached to the local conference centre, near the hospital and the university, and tries to appeal to many. The interior is original, casual chique, with both fancy and colloquial accents. The menu has both golden oldies as the more culinary choices. The Vietnamese coffee was both special and good. I had it as a three stage drink. Do go.
