★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service, somebody stole my girlfriend's clothes, mistakenly hung a lock on another box and the staff destroyed the lock without the ability to open it with a key (there are about 10 people in the hall). how about asking whose lock, Aaaa ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello. I want to complain about this gym as they ignore me and don't do their job. In early January, I purchased a subscription with the condition that I can cancel it without any problems within 2 weeks. But after a week I had to leave the country and I had one more week to cancel the subscription without any problems. I filled out the form and emailed them and sent them to the main office, but they only answered me with “rinder” and stopped responding. I write to them every week, but there is no answer, they only withdraw money and do not fulfill their duties. Upon my return to the Netherlands, I will not return to this sports club and I will advise everyone to choose another, as the employees do not help in any way and the halls are terrible: small, constant queues for simulators. Don't go there, look elsewhere for better quality.
