★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weinig controle..... enkele sportsters maken de apparaten niet schoon en trainen zonder handdoeken; ze laten de gewichten los vallen zodat gaan slaan en zorgen voor acute knallen, ook is er vuil achter gelaten in de lockers.....is er maar één enkele medewerker per dienst dat niets zeg of doet om orde in de sportschool te houden.
Is goedkoper dan een normale sportschool maar de ervaring is ook zeer goedkoop ??
 Little control..... some athletes don't clean the equipment and train without towels; they let the weights fall so that they start hitting and causing acute explosions, there is also dirt left behind in the lockers ..... there is only one employee per shift that does not say or do anything to keep order in the gym.
Is cheaper than a normal gym but the experience is also very cheap ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grote, moderne nette sportschool die over het algemeen relatief rustig is (buiten de standaardtijden om) alles voor een goede, effectieve workout is aanwezig en waar nodig kun je adequaat begeleid worden of als je dat mocht willen,gebruik maken van de diensten van de verschillende personal trainers die hier werkzaam zijn... al met al een prima sportschool....
Large, modern clean gym that is generally relatively quiet (outside the standard times) everything for a good, effective workout is available and where necessary you can be adequately guided or if you wish, use the services of the various personal trainers who work here... all in all a great gym....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great basic fit. It has a alot of different work out machines and every floor has it own theme. Like cardio, abs etc. The benches at the mirror with the weights is always occupied. So maybe more benches.
