★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great small camping ground in the city Lelystad. Has a large variety of different sleeping cabins/places. Has a well kept sanitary building. The individual spots for tents or other camping units are quite large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a recently updated campsite by the new owners, location just outside the city center. This includes brand new sanitary facilities and some different, refreshing sleeping possibilities. Very child-friendly (animals, toys, bikes,...). Owners are very kind and always ready to help. Sanitary is clean, water coins are needed but free at reception. Cosy campfire place (wood is provided) is a huge plus. Car was not needed during the whole stay, bike routes starting at the campsite (Nature Park, Batavia, Harbor,...). Swimming pool is at 200m, free tickets -again- at the campsite.
If you want to explore the Lelystad area, don’t look any further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the 4 person trekkershut for a couple of days having found the Groupon deal. What a lovely campsite with unique accommodation options - all of us (family of 4) really enjoyed it. The hut has 4 comfortable bunks, a small kitchen area & indoor & outdoor seating. Very clean and cozy with fairy lights inside and a campfire outside. Shower blocks and washing up facilities were very clean.
We went to the nearby Belevenissenbos one day which was a lovely nature experience. We also used the Koploper swimming pool (tickets included in the price) - really great fun for the kids with inflatables and other activities. Would definitely go again and maybe stay in a tree house next time :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “The devil is in the details” as we say in English. And every detail has been though of at this space. An Absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean campsite. Lots of space for each visitor. Very close to the center which is super handy but you wouldn’t feel like you were in the middle of town at all.I stayed in the blue gipsy wagen for one night during a cycling trip and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. From check in to breakfast this was a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never realised how green it was in Lelystad! We cycled a beautiful route to the camping, passing several mountainbike- and hiking routes along the way. The camping is tree-filled and lush and one is greeted by birdsong and egeltjes, but it is still conveniently located, less that 1km to the nearest AH!
We spent a night in one of the Trekkershutten after a long day's cycle, and I was impressed with how comfortable and well equipped it was. Relaxing by the wood fire was such a pleasure.
The camping is small, with a variety of themed accommodation as well as traditional camp sites. The bathroom facilities are modern and clean, and I appreciated extras such as the provided handwashes and soaps.
We can't wait to return for a longer period, I need to test those MTB trails!
