I had agreed on a one year contract, but when it was finished I had to go to the website and cancel it manually, otherwise the monthly amount was still deducted from my account. This policy was not communicated to me at all when I was signing up. It's an unprofessional and sneaky policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Administration and Arrogant Employees. They are not in sync with their own Call center employees and share totally different information compared to what their call center people share. Also, it is a shame that they discard proof of their written membership offers and ask you to get a new one even after you worked out in the same gym for 1 year. I feel immensely unsatisfied and harassed with the treatment I received from these guys.
Long Story Short: They will sign you up in the beginning without considering the capacity they can operate. we tend to go to basic fit as their rates are lower but truth is they cant handle large volume of people; neither physically (in the gym) nor mentally ( as in administration/ backend support).
Pay little more and go for better GYM!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer services! You will not be able to get a schedule at least 2/3 days before in the evening hour not even until 11pm.. that much crowded!! and yet if you are 5/10 minutes later than the entering slot, they do not allow you to get in!
9 nov, 2020, i had a slot from 18:15 to 19:45, and I arrived at 18:35 ish While I still had 1 hour reserved this blond girl didn’t allow me to get in even after admitting the fact that i was new and i never been told of the time frame between which I should get in, she was just rude and robotic to her behavior! No sense of understanding at all.. hey folks they are taking the full advantage as there are not many sportcenters are available around and Pissing you off with their rudeness!
Dear basic fit, learn a good behavior to your customers and be a service oriented organization for better future!
