★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtige gym maar onzettend slechte, agressieve, brutale, onmenselijke medewerkers. Ik weet niet waar basic-fit mee bezig is, maar dit is alle spuigaten uitgelopen. Customer service niet te bereiken. Ik weet niet waar de HR-afdeling mee bezig is bij basic-fit, dit is alles behalve normaal. Hier moet actie tegen ondernomen worden, heel veel leden klagen en zijn niet blij de laatste tijd. Basic-fit is heel groot geworden is dat misschien de reden? Maar 1 ding is zeker als dit zo door groot zal ik (juridische) stappen ondernemen en zoveel mogelijk leden benaderen die hetzelfde ervaren.
Beautiful gym but incredibly bad, aggressive, brutal, inhumane employees. I don't know what basic-fit is doing, but this is all over the place. Can't reach customer service. I don't know what the HR department is doing at basic-fit, this is anything but normal. Action needs to be taken against this, many members are complaining and not happy lately. Basic-fit has become very big, maybe that's the reason? But one thing is for sure if this is so big I will take (legal) steps and approach as many members as possible who experience the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderne apparatuur. Ruim, fijne locatie. Personeel vriendelijk. Er is altijd iemand die daar schoonmaakt (stofzuigen, apparaten afnemen). Je kan gebruik maken van schoonmaakmiddel/doekjes. Van de gebruikers wordt verwacht na gebruik het toestel te reinigen. Helaas gebeurd dat niet altijd wat ik wel jammer vind. Pluspunt zij zijn 24/7 open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its nice that it's 24 hour gym but there are no proper changing rooms like other basic fit centres in Utrecht , also not a big fan of two floors and all the equipments are spread out . I prefer the stationsplien one
