L	Lisa Huisjes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanneer je ze nodig hebt, zitten ze altijd vol. Je moet altijd een afspraak maken, alleen met een spoedgeval mag je meteen terecht. Verder is het personeel erg jong, maar vriendelijk. Ze hebben echt alle aandacht voor je dier. De praktijk is simpel, maar leuk ingericht. Zelf vond ik het fijn dat de wachtruimte dezelfde ruimte is als waar de receptie staat, al zou ik het wel handiger hebben gevonden om nog een kleine ruimte apart te maken. Die huisdiertjes zijn vaak al zo zenuwachtig en als je dan een hond en een kat bijna naast elkaar laat wachten, wordt het er niet beter op. Ik hoop dat dit in de toekomst anders kan. When you need them, they are always full. You always have to make an appointment, only in an emergency you can go immediately. Furthermore, the staff is very young, but friendly. They really pay attention to your animal. The practice is simple, but nicely decorated. I personally enjoyed the fact that the waiting room is the same room as where the reception is, although I would have found it more convenient to make another small room apart. Those pets are often so nervous and if you then let a dog and a cat wait next to each other, it doesn't get any better. I hope this can be done differently in the future.

m	melly piementa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al jaren tevreden over basic vets, vanmorgen erg onvriendelijk aan de telefoon behandeld werd nog net niet gezucht. Het is zo druk dat je pas 3 weken na data een x een afspraak krijgt voor een vaccinatie, voorheen kon je altijd een afspraak plannen zodat het voor jezelf ook goed uit kwam. Nu mag je blij zijn dat je terecht kan op een vaccinatie dag. Zou netjes zijn geweest je klanten tijdig op de hoogte te brengen van die 3 weken, en misschien handig geweest wat eerder een cliënten stop toe te passen zodat je je huidige klanten nog service kan bieden. Echt niet over te spreken. Satisfied with basic vets for years, treated very unfriendly on the phone this morning, they just didn't sigh. It is so busy that you only get an appointment for a vaccination 3 weeks after dates, before you could always schedule an appointment so that it worked out well for yourself. Now you can be happy that you can go on a vaccination day. It would have been nice to inform your customers in time about those 3 weeks, and it might have been useful to apply a client stop a little earlier so that you can still offer your current customers service. Really not to talk about.

I go here with my two cats and my dog, and it saves me around 60 bucks woth their yearly shots compared with other competitors. They recently opened more points in Papendrecht, Dordrecht and Zwijndrecht, so you always have one around if you need them and live here of course.
