The rooms are advertised as double, however the size appears as a single room, 1 staff at the reception was unsure of what I was trying to say regarding the size of the room. The entrance of the hotel is unkept and have a horrible smell. Automatic doors would be beneficial as customers are arriving and leaving with heavy luggage. No lifts available, customers to struggle with heavy luggage on the stairs (health and safety). Nil staff around to offer any help. All the food appears to be cooked completely burnt, food returned on two occasions in 1 sitting. Always 1 staff at reception which inturn make the waiting time really long. Bedding not change even thou room was cleaned. I will not be recommending this hotel

R	Rox Racks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a smoking room and what do I get? A "not" smoking room! I booked a double room and what do I get? A twin room! And before I wanted to check out, the cleaning lady just came in without knocking. That's not possible at all!

My experience: i payet at the phone 1 weekend room with transfer direct,then i arrive at 23pm and they say,soryy is not pay YOU PAY AGAIN OR OUT!!! Many discution..... i payet again... Monday for recovery the money only liersssssss,i toldem i will call the police and loyer for this attitude and IN evening they sendet me back the money FROM PAYMENT AT THE PHONE WHICH THEY KEEPET FOR INSURANCE BECAUSE I'M NOT DUTCH!!!!!!!?? RUN!

Because we were the last people to check in, we got the room with the faulty lock that only the staff pass could unlock. Not much of a problem as we were quite close to the front desk. Breakfast was good with excellent coffee and a good choice of food. Bit of a problem checking out when two euro bank cards were rejected, it turned out because we were not using three same card that we had used to register with! Had to pay with a GBP card in the end - bit annoying.

Just one bus ride away from Central Station. The area is quiet and very safe (there’s police station is right in front of it). Shalayla, the receptionist, was amazing! She was super friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and provided great service. Thank you very much :) .
