★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, the room was clean & the bed was very comfortable & we had a good nights sleep.
Secondly, We arrived after 9pm & the night staff were incredibly rude & unfriendly. They barely greeted us with a hello when we arrived. Horrible experience.
and lastly the manager was on duty in the morning and she did greet us with a friendly good morning when we checked out but sadly its a case of too little too late..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and tidy everywhere, a lot of space and big, modern bathrooms. Stylish interior and cycling distance from the city centre. Only down side was its fluctuation in warmth. Impossible to get a consistent shower temp.
Otherwise 5/5! Would strongly recommend

Room is Clean and Fresh
Douche was Defect, the water went through the Room
Didn't get a new Room at all
Food was Cold, Undercooked, Food was raw and no presentation at all, would hire a new chef to begin with
Carpark was Good
Price Quality out of Balance, Negative
Wouldn't recommend this Hotel to Family or Friends

First we had some troubles sleeping because of noises (knocking sound) but after telling the staff we immediately got a new room and were able to sleep like babys after all. The staff was very very friendly, the rooms clean und nice and there even was a coffee machine in our room. We loved the shower! We didn't book breakfast but got a bag with croissants and drinks for the road. It was a nice stay, very welcoming.

Few things broken here n there.
Food is average, Very less options.
Staff is soft spoken & polite.
Food serving time is long, you have to wait for long b4 being served.
Far away from main city centre.
Although have a burger king & KFC nearby.
During my stay the restaurant was full of flies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was spotless, bed is super comfortable, windows provide good isolation, great shower and friendly staff.
To improve, I would like to have more items in the vending machine and it should accept card payment.
The time of breakfast could be longer on weekends as well.
