Toen ik in contact kwam met Batenburg Real Estate had ik het geluk om binnen 24 uur een eigen appartement weten te bemachtigen. Kai is ontzettend betrokken en is goed te bereiken. Ik ben erg tevreden en zou Batenburg zeker aanbevelen.
I had been looking for a nice room in Amsterdam for a while. However, this was all difficult. When I came into contact with Batenburg Real Estate I was lucky enough to get my own apartment within 24 hours. Kai is very involved and easy to reach. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend Batenburg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb rental agent in Amsterdam! Contacted Kai to find me a property since I couldn't find anything myself for two months. Within a week he already offered me some off market deals and 1 week later we did the viewings and finally found the right apartment. Sent all the documents through email and all the signing ( even the rental contract ) took place online through Docusign which was really convenient for me because i was abroad during the weekend when we signed. Could highly recommend him !
