★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store with wide price range and not a standard collection. Lots of brands, lots of options and styles & cool mix of materials in showroom. Owners are very clearly creative people.
Staff super friendly and helpful. After we got our bathroom done, we actually also ended up here to buy our kitchen floor & splash zone :-).
Still one more bathroom to be done and we’ll definitely come back here for it!

But the communication was very poor. We had to go after many things ourselves.
For the price that we have paid for the materials, you would at least expect excellent service.
The whole process has a very bitter aftertaste.

The products they carry are first rate and the prices are very competitive. I had been at several other shops, but chose Badkamer Factory because of its selection and service level. After my order was delivered I e-mailed Marien several times with some questions and he always responded quickly. He also resolved and issue with our shower door very efficiently. Thank you!
