★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time in two weeks that I didn’t receive my order because the address was “incorrect”. My address is correct for PostNL and DPD, but it’s incorrect for DHL? After double checking, there is no spelling error or anything on my address by the way!
I wait at home, I check the app EVERY MINUTE for an update; and I contact the customer service the moment I see that they mark my address as “incorrect”; yet, the order goes back to the sender! I have to wait for a week for DHL to send my order back to the sender, and then I have to request them to send it back to me via PostNL or DPD each time. I am so done with DHL, such poor service!
