Er hat mir zu mehreren Finanzierungen verholfen und dabei exzellente Konditionen herausgehandelt. Er genoß mein vollstes Vertrauen. Ich stand mit vielen Vermittlern und Finanzierungsberatern in Kontakt, aber die meisten sind bereits dann abgesprungen, wenn es nicht ein zügiges und leichtes "Spiel" war. Ich kann jedem nur raten mit Herrn Thommek und seinem Team die Finanzierung anzugehen. Sie müssen dazu nicht aus der Umgebung sein. Mr. Thommek and his team work extremely professionally and with tireless perseverance, even in difficult cases. He helped me to get several financings and negotiated excellent conditions. He enjoyed my complete confidence. I was in contact with many brokers and financial advisors, but most of them already jumped out if it wasn't a quick and easy "game". I can only advise everyone to tackle the financing with Mr. Thommek and his team. You don't have to be from the area to do this.

Nachdem nach dem ersten unterschriftsreifen Angebot eine andere günstigere Finanzierung für uns gefunden wurde, wurde die Finanzierung ohne Probleme ein weiteres Mal überarbeitet und uns ein neues Angebot unterbreitet, welches dann zum Abschluss kam. Mr. Drunkemühle supported us with follow-up financing. After another, cheaper financing was found for us after the first offer that was ready for signature, the financing was revised again without any problems and a new offer was made to us, which was then concluded.

Heb dit zelf op kunnen lossen. Je moet er namelijk voor zorgen als je huis verkocht blijkt te zijn en achteraf het toch niet doorgaat dat je dan verder kan. Heb dit zelf op moeten lossen en mijn advies is daarom neem altijd een tussen financiering mee in de offerte. Als het niet in de offerte staat doen zij dit niet meer. Dus pas op.. nogmaals ..mijn advies neem in Duitsland altijd een tussenfinanciering. Good help regarding the financing, but something went wrong, namely an interim financing that was not included in the offer. Was able to solve this yourself. You have to make sure that if your house turns out to be sold and afterwards it doesn't go through that you can continue. I had to solve this myself and my advice is therefore always include an interim financing in the quote. If it's not in the quote, they won't do it anymore. So be careful.. again ..my advice in Germany always take an intermediate financing.
