Ich habe mir einen teuren Ventilator gekauft in der Hoffnung das dieser mehr Kühlung bringt in meiner Dachgeschosswohnung,aber nein es fehlen Schrauben,und das ist bereits das dritte mal das dies passiert. Wohlbemerkt der Ventilator kostet 69,99€ und ich bin der Meinung das bei solch stolzen Preisen der Artikel vollständig sein sollte. Nie wieder werde ich dort einkaufen gehen!!!!!!Es reicht!!!!!!!! I think it's an absolute cheek that you constantly get articles that are either faulty or incomplete. I bought an expensive fan in the hope that it would bring more cooling in my attic apartment, but no screws are missing, and this is the third time this has happened. Mind you the fan costs € 69.99 and I am of the opinion that with such high prices the article should be complete. I will never go shopping there again !!!!!! It's enough !!!!!!!!

Alles was ich als Laienheimwerker benötige bekomme ich allerdings dort. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und ansprechbar und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Insbesondere der Mitarbeiter aus der Holzabteilung hat mich mit seinem Kundenservice in der letzten Woche wieder einmal beeindruckt. Danke und weiter so!
