Wenn ich in dieser Filiale 50 oder 60 Warenpostpakete einliefere sehe ich schon oft ein Kopfschütteln bei den Mitarbeiterinnen, völlig unmotiviert und überfordernd wirkend werden diese notgedrungen entgegengenommen. Jeden Monat zahle ich einen 6 stelligen Betrag an die deutsche Post. Und trotzdem fühle ich mich dort wie ein Bittsteller der froh sein muss das die Sendungen dort angenommen werden. Hier findet man das beste Beispiel für die Servicewüste Deutschland. Eigentlich wäre es mir auch lieber wenn die Sendungen bei mir abgeholt werden würden und ich diese Filiale nicht mehr mit Paketumsatz belasten müsste. Den Mitarbeitern hier sollte mal dringend erklärt werden das ein Kunde zum Erhalt des eigenen Arbeitsplatzes beiträgt. Man erwartet als Kunde ja keine Freudensprünge vom Personal, aber ganz sicher auch kein Kopfschütteln. I am a DHL / Deutsche Post business customer. When I deliver 50 or 60 parcels of goods to this branch, I often see a head shake from the employees, they are inevitably received in a completely unmotivated and overwhelming manner. Every month I pay a 6-digit amount to the German post office. And yet I feel like a supplicant who has to be happy that the programs are accepted there. Here you can find the best example of Germany's service desert. Actually, I would also prefer if the shipments were picked up from me and I no longer have to burden this branch with parcel sales. The employees here should be told that a customer contributes to maintaining their own job. As a customer, you don't expect any jumps for joy from the staff, but you certainly don't want to shake your head either.
M	Matze J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zur allgemeinen Post Dienstleistung (Paket abholen / Paket abgeben) gibt es nicht viel zu meckern. Geht zwar langsam, aber ist ja auch kein geschultes Personal. Aaaaaaber, wenn man mal einen kleinen Wunsch hat der von der Norm abweicht wird man direkt schnippisch und abwertend behandelt. Keinerlei Lust sich irgendwie Kundenorientiert zu verhalten. Man wird auf die AGB‘s der Post verwiesen. Man soll diese runterladen und durchlesen. (Speziell geht es um Gefahrgut und den falschen Versand zur mir!) Naja, mehr als:“ Die hatte am Freitag um 17:00 Uhr einfach keinen Bock“ muss man nicht sagen. Die Frau brauchte 15 MINUTEN, nur um mein Paket zu finden, dann muss man noch Ausweis zeigen unterschreiben und sie musste noch Irgendwas am PC machen Insgesamt ungefähr 20 Minuten Gebraucht nur um ein Paket abzuholen. Just disorganized. It seems like they are just throwing all the packages in a pile. It took the woman 15 MINUTES just to find my package, then you still have to show ID, sign and she still had to do something on the PC. It took about 20 minutes in total just to pick up a package.

Gerne wieder Super nice, friendly, competent staff. No shortage of parking spaces, as on Geldernerstr. Much better opening times than in the past. Gladly again
