Die Arbeiten wurden in einer 1 A Qualität durchgeführt. Es gab keinerlei Beanstandung. Das haben mir auch andere Handwerker bestätigt, die mehr Ahnung vom Häuserbau haben als ich. Änderungen die ich hatte wurden noch kurzfristig durchgeführt. Stephan war immer erreichbar. Der angebotene Preis war TOP. Starttermin des Bau´s unseres 125m² Einfamiliehauses war am 04.01.2021. Ende für die Maurer ist vorraussichtlich am 25.02.2021. 7 Wochen für den Rohbau. Theoretisch 6 Wochen, weil 1 Woche lang, wegen starkem Schnefall und Minustemperaturen bis zu -10°C, nicht gearbeitet werden konnte/durfte. Das Unternehmen kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Diese Bauphase hat mir keinerlei Probleme beschert. The owners are Stephan Goris and Marcel Ludwig. My contact person was Stephan. The company bricked and clinkered our shell. The work was carried out in a 1 A quality. There was no complaint. This has also been confirmed to me by other craftsmen who know more about building houses than I do. Changes that I had were made at short notice. Stephan was always available. The offered price was great. The start date of the construction of our 125m² single family home was on January 4th, 2021. The end for the bricklayers is expected on February 25th, 2021. 7 weeks for the shell. Theoretically 6 weeks, because for 1 week, because of heavy snowfall and minus temperatures down to -10 ° C, work could not / was not allowed. I can only recommend the company. This construction phase did not cause me any problems.
