★ ★ ★ ★ ★ okay obviously my 5-star rating is biased because having a music supply store on my street is a dream come true, i became #TeamBax 8 years ago, leaving #TeamKeymusic behind. im a musician myself, only life has dealt me the weakest of hands, leaving me without instruments or gear (or money), so sometimes i visit to get a taste of a life i was supposed to live.
also synthesizer go BEEEEEEEEP, 5/5, 10 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very kind , helpful , if there's any problem they will fix it for you and meanwhile you will enjoy talking with em with their sense of humor. So if you have a problem with products that you bought they will fix it .
they provide the best products .. totally guaranteed.
Also the manager is a very kind and helpful i vote for him. ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost trust in this store. I call them an hour before coming to confirm that a new synthesizer is in stock. I explicitly asked three times and was assured that a new and not a demo version is in stock, employee even went to check and confirmed that. After driving for an hour I come in and they inform that only the demo version is in stock. No one could explain how did that happen. No apology whatsoever either.

Employee also tried to guilt trip me into buying a microphone which I already purchased.
Very cringe, I do not recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bax delivers fast when they have requested items in stock. Prices are competitive and therefore two stars (otherwise it would be 1).
If your requested item is not in stock then good luck getting it. The helpdesk is hard to reach at times and they respond very slow over email. And don't get me started about refunds... takes weeks before you have your money back.

Ordering & delivery - 5 stars
Returns & refunds - 1 star. DHL is used as carrier, and the information that the status of shippment will not update, meaning you can’t see where the package is (returns only) is not visible making everything very inconvenient. Call DHL after 3 days, they will tell you package is lost…
