Sinds ik bij Helge kom gaat het een heel stuk beter met mijn rugklachten, daarnaast is ze ook gewoon een heel fijn en gezellig mens, dus zeker een aanrader! Helge's physiotherapy and dry needling is super fine, she has a lot of attention, is enthusiastic, involved and very good at her job. Since I come to Helge my back problems are going a lot better, besides that she is also just a very nice and pleasant person, so definitely recommended!

Ze heeft een persoonlijke en doelgerichte aanpak én is een bijzonder leuk mens. Ik heb altijd het gevoel gehad dat ze haar behandeling precies aanpaste op wat ik nodig had. Naast fysiotherapie, dry needling en oefeningen, geeft ze ook tips en inzichten vanuit Oosterse geneeskunde, wat mij weer veel stof tot nadenken gaf en ondersteunde in mijn herstel. Ik ben bijzonder tevreden met de goede behandelingen van Helge. Ik kan haar van harte aanraden. The scope of this review is that Helge is not just a physical therapist. Helge has treated me skillfully for pelvic problems after delivery. She has a personal and focused approach and is a very nice person. I always felt that she adjusted her treatment exactly to what I needed. In addition to physiotherapy, dry needling and exercises, she also gives tips and insights from Eastern medicine, which in turn gave me much food for thought and supported in my recovery. I am particularly satisfied with the good treatments from Helge. I can heartily recommend her.

Ik was al bij twee andere fysiotherapeuten geweest met dezelfde klachten, zonder resultaat. Ik ben ontzettend blij en enthousiast over Abby's werk! After only two sessions, Abby made sure that I could move pain-free. After that we worked together on further development and strengthening. I had already been to two other physiotherapists with the same complaints, without result. I am very happy and enthusiastic about Abby's work!

Together we made a goal for what I wanted to be able to do and worked on exercises to help me be able to move without pain again. After 2 months I am able to walk quite far with no pain and do exercises I was not able to do before. I am very happy with my results! Further I am very happy with the corona protections in place. The space is very clean, medical masks are worn by both parties and lack of symptoms is confirmed before every appointment. I felt very safe going there every week. I would definitely recommend Abby and bbb to anyone looking for a great fysio in Haarlem.
