The front screen of my iPhoneX was broken and I went to Apple Genius Bar first. They informed me that it will take them 2 days to fix it and it will cost me € 300. Since the phone is almost 4 years, I had to think about it.
Right after this, I had to do my grocery at the Asian supermarket next to the U Break I Fix shop in Kinkerstraat. So I went in, explained what I need and the nice gentleman immediatly informed me that not only he can fix it, but also that it will take him 1 hour and it will cost me € 150. This was a no brainer for me. I left my phone in his good hand, picked it up 1 hour later and paid him € 150. And to my surprise, he also included the screen protector in the price which will normally cost me € 15. Very happy customer here. Thank you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were the cheapest option to fix my shattered iPhone screen, but when I got home, I realized they had given me a really dark replacement screen- I would turn my brightness to the max and I'd still strain my eyes to see it. I'm guessing they just gave me a cheap screen replacement, so you get what you pay for. Next time, I'd take my phone elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The moment you start doing business with this shop, you know you're going to be screwed big time. All they do is ask you more and more money as you inquire why the phone is not ready or why the phone still doesn't work.
Had two phones there. Both are still not working after I spent 160+ euros and after 3 months back and forth from the shop.
I hope somebody will sue them one day.
I have to admit that they do have one nice guy working there. He's the "front man" and possibly the only reason why they're not completely bankrupt by now. But the manager and the rest of the team is really bad.
Avoid this place.
Don't even think of spoiling your days quarreling with these people.
Advise for the front man: you deserve much better than this shop, go and look for something else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to fix the motherboard of my HP laptop, which was almost completely broken, they fixed it in 1 day for super cheap price! The service was very quick and transparent, and the staff is really friendly! I highly recommend this place, they can solve almost all any problem related to Laptops/phones!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here on Sunday morning to see if they could fix my charging port for an Iphone XR. the shop assistant was pleasant, but said that it was likely not to need replaced, but just cleaned. He also advised me to replace my charging cable, as the one he was using had worked on the phone. spent €40 on both the service and the cable and when i went to charge my phone a few hours later, it didn't work and the phone was still damaged. went to go back at 3pm and he was closed. Had to go to a different shop yesterday, who replaced it and gave me solid advice. €75 down, plus the €40 U break I fix charged me.. i do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently brought in a water damaged phone. They took it apart, and made sure my information was backed up. Unfortunately, there was too much damage to repair it. However and most importantly, they fixed it enough to make sure I didn't lose anything on my phone. When I went to pick it up, and pay, the response was " no charge". Although they had worked on it, they did not charge me. As we all know, we would pay a lot not to lose valuable photos, contacts, etc. This business did not take advantage of that, and I highly recommend it.
