I was picking up the package. I showed an email. The staff asked for the name. After searching, they told me that it would be available tomorrow. After 5 minutes I came back to show information from the website that the package is ready for pickup. The service has changed. Very kind lady searched again and found my package. You can see before the service was not wanted. A very strange situation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! I went in to get warranty over a broken appliance which turned out to be busted. Since I had a elongated warranty plan I immediately was credited a voucher for the original price and the help to select a new appliance was very good indeed. I ended up obtaining a machine fitting to my needs and use, thanks to the to the point questions from the staff. At no point did I feel as though they were trying to maximize their profit. They simply recommended what would be sensible alternatives for my situation
