Just like being in the Keys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beach house Key West in Katwijk has a relaxed Florida style vibe about it. A larger than life State Trooper greets you at the entrance. In the weekends there is live music. It gets pretty busy here with good weather, it is clearly a local favorite. My cappuccino was reasonable for a reasonable price given the location.

The prices are a bit high but that's normal for Holland especially for a Restaurant right at the beach, you won't find anything cheaper there. The "uitsmijters" were amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We managed to meet the unfriendly owner at the beach, where he attacked my friend for "touching his stuff" - we tried to borrow the beach screen to let the kids hide from heavy wind. I guess if you don't pay upfront you are not welcome here. This kind of behavoiur combined with silly explainations and a sprinkle of racism made our future choices easier.
