★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle klanten lopen keurig met een mondkapjes rond. ? Maar het personeel loopt allemaal zonder.
Totaal gebrek aan begrip voor klanten die misschien liever niet door jullie besmet worden… klantvriendelijkheid en klant veiligheid zou toch eerst moeten komen.
Misschien wil het personeel weer een nieuwe lockdown in?
 All customers running nicely with masks around. ? But the staff all runs without.
Total lack of understanding of customers who might prefer not to be infected by your ... customer service and customer safety would have to come first.
Maybe the staff would back a new lockdown in?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has really good things but the costumer service is really bad. I do not know if it was because of my skin color, or that I do not speak dutch yet, but the woman there was really rude with me. I was looking for soutache cord and instead of saying: "sorry, I do not know what this is, I do not have this product" the answer was "I do not understand what are you saying" whit a really disrespectful look, and then she say something in dutch (that I could not understand) to the other people in the store. I think that everybody deserve respect! I will never go again to this store even if they have great things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this shop today and was pleased to find the staff friendly and helpful. I am always a little nervous that my Dutch is so bad but here there was no problem at all. The staff easily transferred to English and gave me good advice and input. I shall certainly go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place - wide range of beads , rocailles , etc - basically they have everything to make your own unique earring or neckles. Every time I go there I always spend more money than I wanted to , but those beads are simply beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of beads and products with a modern and open shop interior. However I was disappointed with the customer service. I visited the shop with the intention of buying supplies to make my own jewellery. I asked a lady who worked there for products to buy for this and she insisted i buy pre made jewellery instead which defeats the purpose of my visit. Second to this, she very rudely told me off for walking to the 'back of the shop' which was still part of the open shop and displayed products. It had no signpost or barrier to stop customers walking around there. Overall, I think customer service needs to be improved drastically.
