Juul and Alain (family who owns the business) were super responsive when I inquired about the package, and when I came into the store to pick up the items in person, they even gave me a free pair of earrings for my inconvenience! I'm very happy with my purchases: the earrings are good quality and really gorgeous, and it was such a nice experience meeting Juul. I highly recommend Juulry!
