★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede aftersales! Tas gekocht maar helaas gingen de ritsen al binnen de garantietermijn kapot. Hetzelfde model werd niet meer gemaakt dus ik mocht een andere uitzoeken. Duurde door leveringsproblemen wat lang, maar daar konden ze bij deze zaak niet zoveel aan doen. Erg goed geholpen en nu ook erg blij met mijn nieuws tas!
Good after sales service! Bought a bag but unfortunately the zippers broke within the warranty period. The same model was no longer made so I was allowed to choose another one. Took a while due to delivery problems, but they couldn't do much about that in this case. Very helpful and now also very happy with my news bag!
