Small but nice shop. Helpful staff. Good service, including the exchange of bracelets that are too large or too small after a week. Simply great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze hebben mooie spullen en leuke acties, maar er wordt moeilijk meegedacht en buiten de lijntjes gekleurd, helaas voor toch niet goedkope spullen.
They have nice stuff and nice promotions, but it is difficult to think along and to color outside the lines, unfortunately for inexpensive stuff.

Very poor quality, and slow customer service. Had to wait a month for a response. Jewelry wears out quickly.

Elke keer geholpen door zeer onvriendelijk dames.
Je wordt noch net niet afgesnauwd, maar ze laten wel merken met hun chagrijnige kop dat alles te veel is.
Ook veranderen ze de regels wat betreft de gespaarde stempels met elk bezoek. Zoals het voor hun op dat moment het gunstigst uitpakt.
Geen prettige winkel om te shoppen.
I've stayed here a number of times now.
Helped every time by very unfriendly ladies.
You are not just snubbed, but they do show with their grumpy head that everything is too much.
They also change the rules regarding the stamps saved with each visit. As it works best for them at that time.
Not a pleasant store to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kwam voor Click&Collect. Dag eerder gebeld en was vanaf 12.00 uur welkom. Sta voor het pand, verlichting is aan, er hangt een briefje op het raam dat ze wel aanwezig zijn maar je moet even kloppen. Ik dus kloppen en bellen naar Pandora Apeldoorn...wat denk je...zijn ze er niet??
Raar??? Willen blijkbaar niets verkopen!! Jammer...
Came for Click&Collect. Called the day before and was welcome from 12 noon. Stand in front of the building, lighting is on, there is a note on the window that they are present, but you have to knock. So I knock and call Pandora Apeldoorn...what do you think...are they not there??
Weird??? Apparently they don't want to sell anything!! Too bad...
