 Never seen such a service, I ordered my stroller 4 months ago, the money was debited, but nothing received and nobody answers at their place !!! I am on the verge of going there but they are in the Netherlands !!! Help !!

Run away ! my order containing the stroller and the car seat but they delivered me a car seat of another brand (low cost) incompatible with the support of the stroller. Customer service does not respond by phone or email! Never buy from them !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belachelijk. Vorige week kinderwagen besteld nog niks ontvangen. Telefonisch zijn ze ook niet bereikbaar. Ik wil wel mijn geld terug als jullie geen kinderwagen kunnen opsturen!
Ridiculous. Pram ordered last week, received nothing. They are also not available by phone. I want my money back if you can't send a pram!

Kam schnell an, ohne widerrufsbelehrung und natürlich defekt !!
2 mal habe ich Ersatzteile geliefert bekommen, hat alles nicht gebracht.
Mitten in der Fahrt, fallen einfach Räder ab !!!!!
Sowas hätte das Leben meines Kindes kosten können !
Frechheit ! Reagiert jetzt nicht auf E-Mails aber alles in die Wege geleitet, bald geht es vor Gericht ! Mit Schadensersatz Anforderung !
Ich rase vor Wut.. werde aber nicht aufgeben für 700€ erwarte ich Qualität !
Bought Qumes stroller.
Arrived quickly, without cancellation policy and of course defective!
I received spare parts twice, but nothing was delivered.
In the middle of the journey, the wheels just fall off !!!!!
That could have cost my child's life!
Cheek! Doesn't react to e-mails now, but everything has been arranged, soon it will go to court! With claim for damages!
I'm furious .. but won't give up for 700 € I expect quality!

Support is not answering after full payment for over 600euro. My login and password for website is not working for now. I was trying to reset password but i cant, because it opens a blank page. Also i cant track my number. Dont trust this shop.

They promised to deliver products in 4 weeks, but it's passed 2 months since payment was done and order is still not delivered. They are not replying on emails, and phone calls. I would not recommend to anyone to buy anything from them.
