โ โ โ โ โ Een kleine overzichtelijke winkel met een simpel maar goed assortiment. Zoals de grotere filialen worden hier geen versproducten verkocht. En er is geen restaurant aanwezig.
A small, well-organized shop with a simple but good range. Like the larger branches, no fresh products are sold here. And there is no restaurant.

โ โ โ โ โ DE Hema in het winkelcentrum Carnisse Veste te Barendrecht is er รฉรฉn van het kleinere soort, Niet het hele assortiment is dus aanwezig. Er zijn geen verswaren, vleeswaren, gebak en brood, ook geen restaurant enz.
Op 4 november 1926 opende de Hollandsche Eenheidsprijzen Maatschappij Amsterdam, kortweg H.E.M.A., de eerste winkel in de Kalverstraat in Amsterdam. Een warenhuis voor de gewone man waar producten werden verkocht tegen eenheidsprijzen van 10, 25 en 50 cent. Vanaf de eerste dag stond HEMA voor eenvoud, duidelijkheid, kwaliteit en eerlijkheid. In 1927 werd een winkel buiten Amsterdam geopend en รฉรฉn jaar later waren er al tien vestigingen. Vanaf 1958 opende HEMA in hoog tempo nieuwe filialen, met als doel in elke grote plaats een vestiging. Het aantal vestigingen groeide en groeit nog steeds snel. Inmiddels zijn er 500 winkels in Nederland, Belgiรซ, Luxemburg, Frankrijk en Duitsland, waarvan 40% een โaangesloten bedrijfโ is. HEMA was in de jaren โ50 de eerste franchiseorganisatie in Nederland en is nog steeds de grootste franchisegever van Nederland. De HEMA heeft ook een missie. Al sinds 1926 proberen ze we het dagelijks leven van mensen leuker en makkelijker te maken. Zonder dat ze daar veel voor hoeven te betalen. Want een goede kwaliteit en een verrassend design moet voor iedereen betaalbaar zijn. Wie en waar je ook bent. Studenten in de grote stad, een gezin in de provincie of een geslaagde ondernemer, ze weten de producten en diensten van HEMA allemaal te waarderen. Van goede make-up tot hippe gordijnen, van een kopje duurzame koffie tot een samenlevingscontract van onze notarisservice. HEMA maakt gewoon bijzonder. En als je geen tijd hebt om naar de winkel te gaan: er is ook een webshop, 24 uur per dag open. Dit allemaal aldus de HEMA zelf zo opgesteld. Het leuker en makkelijker maken voor klanten houdt zeker ook in goede en vriendelijke service te bieden. Welnu daar schort het nog wel eens aan. Ik heb zelf, veel kopend bij de HEMA, een akkefietje gehad dat beslist niet goed is opgelost. En wellicht weet U er ook wel enkele, blijven klagen is toch het devies.

โ โ โ โ โ Grappig dat Google net vandaag vraagt hoe het bezoek bevallen is. Meestal vind ik het namelijk wel prima, maar deze morgen was het wel enigszins storend dat de winkel pas ca tien minuten na de aangegeven openingstijd werd geopend. Kan een keer gebeuren, maar de aanwezige dames leken nog niet echt haast te hebben, en dat zou je verwachten als ze het zelf ook voelen als "te laat". Kan beter dus.
Funny that Google just asked today how the visit went. Usually I think it's fine, but this morning it was somewhat disturbing that the store was only opened about ten minutes after the indicated opening time. Can happen sometime, but the ladies present didn't seem to be in a hurry yet, and you would expect that if they themselves feel it is "too late". Can be better so.

โ โ โ โ โ Kleine HEMA, eerlijk gezegd TE klein. Gelukkig wel een kassa waar je zelf kan afrekenen, want de gewone rij (1 kassa) is te lang.
Small HEMA, frankly TOO small. Fortunately, there is a cash register where you can pay yourself, because the normal line (1 cash register) is too long.

Always nice to visit, I love the seasonal products, it is a pity that there is little to no popcorn for sale in this store ...
