Das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Wir werden das Anwesen B&B Kussengevecht definitiv weiter emphelen! und wir hoffen das wir in Zukunft Jeder Zeit Herzlich Willkommen sind. Best Wishes, The stay here at B & B Kussengevecht was very nice. We slept very well  The rooms are a good size and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was delicious! M	Marie Hollstein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben eine der Ferienwohnungen bewohnt. Diese ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz für einen Aufenthalt mit fünf Personen. Lediglich der Geruch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und man musste gut durchlüften. Insoweit alles super. Allerdings ist der Umgang mit den Gästen absolut untragbar. Von der vorher einbehaltenen Kaution in Höhe von 200,00 € wurde kommentarlos ein Teil einbehalten. Als Begründung wurde eine zusätzliche Reinigung genannt. So wurde beanstandet, dass der Boden nicht gewischt wurde, worauf an keiner Stelle hingewiesen wurde. Bei Bezahlung einer Endreinigung darf davon ausgegangen werden, dass dies im Preis enthalten ist. Weiterhin wurde scheinbar erwartet, dass man auch das Sieb der Spülmaschine reinigt?! Außerdem kam die äußerst forsche Vermieterin am Check out Tag vor halb 10 in die Wohnung gestürmt und rügte im Nachhinein, wir hätten die Wohnung zu spät verlassen. Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus. Trotz der schönen Wohnung kann ich keinen Aufenthalt empfehlen, da durch solch ein Verhalten die ganze Urlaubsstimmung dahin ist. Schade! We lived in one of the apartments. This is very central, yet quiet and comfortably furnished. It offers enough space for five people to stay. Only the smell takes getting used to and you had to ventilate well. So far everything is great. However, dealing with the guests is absolutely intolerable. A part of the previously withheld deposit of € 200.00 was withheld without comment. Additional cleaning was given as a reason. It was complained that the floor was not mopped, which was not pointed out at any point. When paying a final cleaning, it can be assumed that this is included in the price. Furthermore, it was apparently expected that the dishwasher filter would also be cleaned ?! In addition, the very brisk landlady stormed into the apartment on the day of check out before half past ten and complained in retrospect that we had left the apartment too late. Hospitality looks different. Despite the beautiful apartment, I cannot recommend a stay, as such behavior has ruined the whole holiday mood. Pity!
M	Marielle kleine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hadden kamer 3 aan de achterkant. Lekker rustig ,mooie nette kamer met badkamer met ligbad!! Heerlijk ! We had room 3 at the back. Nice and quiet, nice tidy room with bathroom with bathtub !! Delicious!

R	Rebecca Cornelius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I disliked this place. The pictures appear MUCH nicer than it really is. The region it is located in is sketchy. Plus the man and daughter (?) aren't friendly. They are actually pretty rude and don't speak English. The rooms aren't nice, but are at least clean. The food is also not good.

You allowed us to have a Christmas dinner with the family there. We asked this because the apartment was more suitable than our own home for the grandparents because they are less mobile. We knew already that the rules said no party, but we asked it because we wanted to be fair towards you and it would be just a quiet dinner with the family. Later you putted a unfair message/review on our Airbnb site insulting the family. Complaining about our Christmas dinner with the family in the apartment which you gave permission for, otherwise we would have had the dinner at our own house. Also you said that we smoked in the apartment in the review, but at the checkout everything was okay. Also nobody of the family smokes. So I found this a pretty backstabbing/rude review you put. And that’s why in my opinion, you are a rude person. Kind regards, E
