Негативный: Все следующие нюансы указаны в описании владельцев (просто надо читать внимательнее): комната находится на 4 этаже (по русской системе), без лифта и с крутыми лестницами. Надо оставить депозит наличными в размере 250 евро (100 евро за велосипед и 150 евро за пребывание в доме)..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location perfetta per girare tutta la città. Stefania la proprietaria di casa, gentile, premurosa e molto simpatica, saprà fornirvi tutte le indicazioni necessarie per muovervi con le bici che metterà a vostra disposizione, comprese nel prezzo dell'alloggio!
In 10 minuti si arriva in piazza Dam, inoltre a pochi metri c'è il bellissimo parco Rembrandt da vedere assolutamente se amate il verde!
 Perfect location to get around the whole city. Stefania, the owner of the house, kind, caring and very nice, will be able to provide you with all the necessary information to move with the bikes she will put at your disposal, included in the price of the accommodation!
In 10 minutes you arrive in Dam square, also a few meters there is the beautiful Rembrandt park to see absolutely if you love the green!

La caratteristica di questa struttura è che, invece del breakfast, c'è la bike in omaggio: una salvezza ad Amsterdam! La casa è fornita di ogni minimo oggetto: dallo shampoo allo schiaccianoci, dallo spremiagrumi al phon, dal pela patate al calice di vino. Stefania, la proprietaria, è disponibilissima e generosissima. Un'accoglienza non invadente vi farà sentire più che a casa! We stayed 5 days in this paradise of convenience and comfort. The characteristic of this structure is that, instead of breakfast, there is a free bike: a salvation in Amsterdam! The house is equipped with every little object: from the shampoo to the nutcracker, from the juicer to the hairdryer, from the potato peeler to the glass of wine. Stefania, the owner, is extremely available and very generous. A non-invasive welcome will make you feel more than at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to put 1,5 because the location of the place is very good but the rest was not a good experience.
Our room had not been cleaned after the previous client. We are not super exigeant at all but at least let's have some clean towels and fresh linens, but it was not changed or even straightened to make it "seem clean".
When we asked just for this minimum of service, the host was very rude to us and said she was busy with a friend of a friend and couldn't help us, that if we wanted we should go and wash the sheets ourselves and she would "maybe" refund us.
We have to say also that the room is extremely smaller than the pictures make it look like.
Other than that, Amsterdam is such a beautiful city and people are awesome.
