β β β β β Hier heb ik twee lattenbodems en twee matrassen gekocht. De latten van de lattenbodem lopen niet door tot aan het eind, het matras heeft aan de uiteinden geen ondersteuning. Monteur van Beddenreus kwam langs maar vond het wel prima. Toen heb ik er zelf 4 latjes gemaakt en er op geplakt . Tijdrovend gedoe dat bellen, mailen en klagen.
Here I bought two slatted bases and two mattresses. The slats of the slatted base do not extend to the end, the mattress has no support at the ends. Mechanic van Beddenreus came by but thought it was fine. Then I made 4 slats myself and glued them on. Time-consuming hassle that involves calling, emailing and complaining.

β β β β β Zeer slechte kwaliteit van bed en service. Ik kreeg een bericht van beddenreus dat het bed zou worden afgeleverd tussen 12.30 en 15.30 uur, maar de leverancier kwam na 18.00 uur.
Mijn bed is kapot na 5 maanden gebruik. Ik wilde een terugbetaling, maar dat is niet mogelijk. Vandaag neem ik vrije dag van werk en wachtte ik op een service die mijn bed zou vervangen. De chauffeur belde dat hij onderweg is en er over 10 minuten zal zijn. Ik zei dat ik op dit moment met mijn zoon naar school ga en dat ik binnen maximaal 10-15 minuten thuis zal zijn. Ik was over 8 minuten thus, maar chauffeur kwam niet en ik kreeg een e-mail dat de bezorging op een andere dag zou zijn. De klant moet 3 uur wachten op de levering, die komt 3 uur later aan, dus 6 uur thuis zitten maar de chauffeur kan geen 5 minuten wachten. Ik raad het product of de service niet aan!
Very poor quality of bed and service. I got a message from bed giant that the bed would be delivered between 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm, but the supplier came after 6:00 pm.
My bed broke after 5 months of use. I wanted a refund, but it is not possible. Today I take the day off from work and waited for a service to replace my bed. The driver called that he is on his way and will be there in 10 minutes. I said that I am currently going to school with my son and that I will be home in a maximum of 10-15 minutes. I was thus in 8 minutes, but driver did not come and I received an email that the delivery would be on another day. The customer has to wait 3 hours for the delivery, which arrives 3 hours later, so sitting at home for 6 hours, but the driver cannot wait 5 minutes. I do not recommend the product or service!

β β β β β I have recently bought a showroom electric box spring from Beddenreus. I liked the bed itself, but when selling the bed Beddenreus surprised me twice:
1 - I had to pay for the delivery 50 euro in cash which is so unusual in nowadays and
2 - the bed was delivered disassembled and the delivery team required from me 40 euro more to assemble the bed. I found that price unacceptably high and when I called to the store for some help to get it assembled they refused and mentioned that i needed to have agreed...
