β β β β β Ik heb een bed besteld op 7 januari 2022 en deze wordt vandaag geleverd (bijna een maand later) op 9 februari 2022 ZONDER MATRAS HOES! Vervolgens moet ik hier wederom een maand op wachten (levering tussen 21 en 28 feb). Na contact met de klantenservice wordt duidelijk dat zij hier verder geen boodschap aan hebben en dat ik zonder enige compensatie of een spoed levering moet afwachten. Ik vind dit erg gΓͺnant Emma Sleep.
I ordered a bed on January 7, 2022 and it will be delivered today (almost a month later) on February 9, 2022 WITHOUT MATTRESS COVER! Then I have to wait another month for this (delivery between 21 and 28 Feb). After contacting the customer service it becomes clear that they have no further message and that I have to wait without any compensation or an urgent delivery. I find this very embarrassing Emma Sleep.

β β β β β EDIT: Even though the customer service is ridiculously bad, the mattress is amazing. Have been sleeping on it for about 4 months now and I never want to have a different mattress in my life!
I've been waiting on my mattress for more then 5 weeks and no response from the company. I feel like I'm being scammed and it's very weird. Would not recommend to anyone

β β β β β This is a scam.
They claim they deliver in 7 to 10 days, I am not even sure they deliver ever.
I have ordered the 11th May, since then nothing, no updates, answers to the mails come 2 weeks later, with standard apologies and that's it.
The customer service seems to be completely lost, they even closed the phone line.
If theya re overloaded, they should just stop taking new customers money and delvier the one that paid already.
I have asked for a refund, I am just hoping to see my money back now.

β β β β β 1) Delivery time mentioned when placing the order is completely off. 5 to 7 workings days delivery turns out to be 7 weeks! Customer service also has no idea on when it can be delivered, and keeps saying "it's expected to be shipped next week" every week.
2) Delivery partner is also impossible. Even if nobody is home, they say it's deliveryed and also SIGNED by you, and I have no idea where are the packages. Have to count this also on Emma since it's part of service you're arranging.
I don't really blame customer service since I can imagin nothing much they can do other than apologizing and sending reminders to producer. Instead, the end to end product design is not working at least for my case, which is the root cause for all the problems. There is a huge gap btw what you promised on your website and the real situation for my order.

β β β β β I returned a pillow that I bought from Emma and they got the pillow back in May. I am waiting until now to get my money back but so far the money has not come back into my account. I tried to talk to them by email but they just delay payment.
