Absolutely brilliant, friendly and professional company that are quick to resolve any issues or problems. I received an order from Beerwulf and 2 parcels out of 3 were received in stated time. The 3rd parcel was down to the incompetence and lack of communication from the courier company “Yodel” whom had my parcel at their depot with a scheduled delivery date, that they failed to fulfil it even update. This was quickly resolved by Beerwulf and I am grateful for their input and excellent customer service. I can fully recommend them and they are a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Company

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Beer Wulf & Yodel lie about the delivery schedules, making you wait for weeks only to find out that Yodel has 'forgotten' to scan the parcel or the label's damaged and that they can't read your details correctly so they end up not delivering your parcel. This is the 4th time trying to make a decent order, and it is NEVER SUCCESSFUL.

Proper customer service. After I had a issue with a faulty keg, I contacted them and they promptly got back to me. After reviewing the facts they sent out a replacement keg. Excellent service very happy they it should be with all companies

Fantastic customer service. Was having issues placing an order, but the customer service team sorted it out quickly, and now I can look forward to receiving (and drinking) my beer!

Fantastic customer service. I have enjoyed using my sub pump for a while but unfortunately, I snapped the lever off the pump. I thought that would be that to be honest, but decided to see what options I had - largely down to still having several Torps left that I couldn’t get in to! I started chatting on the website & straight away they offered to collect & repair, sent a collection and box for packaging, everything was seamless. The best part was, on reviewing it they felt there was no fix, however were prepared to send me a new one free of charge. Quite simply superb service, from the ‘chat’ option on the website right through to the finish. Thank you Beerwulf ???

Bought sub compact and 8 sub canisters for my son’s birthday. Delivery great some three weeks ago. Opened yesterday - his birthday - to discover all canisters expire on 30 November 2021. Raised complaint and was fobbed of with small print no where to be seen when buying. Beware good product but very short beer life - Xmas buyers be aware!!

My brother’s Xmas gift for the both of us this year was doing the Advent beer promotion together. Being in Amsterdam and him back in Australia it was a great idea to stay connected through our mutual love of all things hopped, malted and yeasty. In past experiences I found beerwulf’s selections to be diverse and varied which makes for surprises and unexpected joys. In this case though, I was expecting something seasonal, that would go with the region and the time of year and… you guessed it, the holiday season… but instead, I’ve been mildly disappointed time and time again. I’m literally at the midpoint of the advent tasting here in the chilly northern hemisphere and have had just one, ONE heartwarming dark beer - the Creepy Kid Baltic Porter from La Débauche. The rest have been unnecessarily thirst-quenching and very displaced light and fruity beers with a crispy snap of flavour you’d expect most desirable in my brother’s location, not here. Today for instance I got an Italian Pilsner. ?? All the beers have been great but not really hitting the spot. A few lighter flavoured beers are great to break it up of course, but this is really out of balance. Food for thought fellas. And as a side note, it wouldn’t be so difficult working out which days fall on a weekend - might be nice to throw in something above 7% Fridays and Saturdays.

Fantastic customer service 6/5 My order was late in arriving, I had emailed them to inquire where my order was and they replied quickly and also offered the same order to be resent out at no extra cost even if my original order arrived in the future. Luckily my order arrived the next day and I emailed to thank them for there offer and to say that it was now no longer needed. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you so much for my order it is a silver lining to my now covid positive Christmas cloud.
