Het ligt aan de Paddepoelsterweg door het schitterende Reitdiepgebied van Wierum naar Groningen. Een stiltegebied waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen tussen de weilanden met koeien, ooievaars, kievitten, witte en blauwe reigers. Je kunt een rondje lopen via Wierum, dan linksaf langs het Reitdiep naar het van Starkenborghkanaal en daar weer linksaf terug naar Groningen, een aanrader!
 This authentic burial ground with panoramic views (with several picnic tables nearby for the hungry walker) is located on a mound in the protected Middag-Humsterland National Landscape. It is located on Paddepoelsterweg through the beautiful Reitdiep area from Wierum to Groningen. A quiet area where you can walk among the meadows with cows, storks, lapwing, white and blue herons. You can walk through Wierum, then turn left along the Reitdiep to the van Starkenborghkanaal and there turn left again back to Groningen, a must!
