Zeer prettig zaken doen en super service. Super in a word super. I also ended up in the marketplace and was welcomed with open arms by the owner Frans. Very pleasant business and super service.

Lijkt mij niet de juiste manier van het benaderen van je klanten. Absoluut geen fijne ervaring met dit bedrijf! En ik zal dit bedrijf nooit meer benaderen. I had contact with this company via Marktplaats regarding the purchase of various AV equipment. The gentleman was quite impatient, blunt and sarcastic. Doesn't seem like the right way to approach your customers. Definitely not a pleasant experience with this company! And I will never approach this company again.

Naast het onplezierige contact met een opgefokte, onredelijke werkenemer ook nog eens zeer matige service ontvangen, wat toch verassend is aangezien er een 5 sterren rating is met tekst: "Altijd goede service in geluidsapparatuur". Lekker makkelijk, hè, dat over jezelf zeggen :-) Absolute afrader tenzij je van moeilijke mensen en frustraties houdt. Jammer dat ik niet minder dan 1 ster kan geven. After a long wait I finally got in touch with the company. In addition to the unpleasant contact with an agitated, unreasonable employee, we also received very poor service, which is surprising since there is a 5 star rating with text: "Always good service in sound equipment". Nice and easy, eh, say that about yourself :-) Absolutely not recommended unless you like difficult people and frustration. Too bad I can't give less than 1 star.
