★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dankzij Luxonos een mooi verlichte aankleding kunnen regelen. Ze denken graag mee en leveren snel. Vriendelijk in de omgang. Zou Luxonos zeker aanbevelen voor iedereen die een feest(je) wil bouwen.
 Thanks to Luxonos I was able to arrange a beautifully lit decoration. They like to think along and deliver quickly. Friendly to deal with. Would definitely recommend Luxonos for anyone looking to throw a party.

Wij hebben een uitgebreide offerte opgevraagd en ook gekregen. Ondanks dat deze fictief was hebben we de offerte binnen 24 uur ontvangen en geheel uitgewerkt! Dit was een top service en laat zien dat dit een bedrijf is waar je van op aan kan. Wij hopen op een echte samenwerking in de toekomst.
For a project of the Minor Music Marketing & Management at the Hogeschool Utrecht, we needed current costs for renting light and sound. We have requested and received an extensive quote. Despite the fact that this was fictitious, we received the quote within 24 hours and worked it out in full! This was a top service and shows that this is a company you can rely on. We hope for a real cooperation in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na enkel een offerte-aanvraag (niets ondertekend!) heb ik drie betaalherinneringen gekregen via de mail en uiteindelijk een brief waarin werd gedreigd om een incassobureau op me af te sturen. Ik heb bij elk bericht contact met Luxonos opgenomen en bezwaar gemaakt en telkens zou het opgelost worden, maar daar is niets van terecht gekomen. Slechte administratie en bedrijfsvoering. Na een aantal keer bellen is het uiteindelijk wel netjes afgehandeld.
After only a quote request (nothing signed!) I received three payment reminders via email and finally a letter threatening to send a debt collection agency to me. I contacted Luxonos with every message and made an objection and each time it would be resolved, but nothing came of it. Bad administration and management. After several calls, it was finally settled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a friendly and proactive approach by Mitch from Luxonos I'm editing my original review, mostly because it was about their costumer service than about the equipment itself.
Mitch dealt with my complain in a professional and fair way and now we are looking forward to successfully try their services again since it still seems like a fun thing to do.

When I placed my order I added a note specifying we would be using the senders with iphones and ipad and I would need to have jacks to fit these devices.
They could have reached out to me to say/clarify these needed to be rented separately, which I would have happily done. While I know not all clients have the need for an iphone adpater, I think many do, if the jacks to match iphones are not included and have to be rented separately , or if I had to provide my own, that could have been said and I could have planned accordingly.
