I'am from Romania, but i work and pay my taxes in Nederland. I'am registered to the municipality and i give to them a copy of my passport. What they want more from me?!

Even though I told you I wanted to keep my current number, your colleague forgot to put it in the system. I accidentally called T-Mobile to find out if my contract was correct or not. Suddenly, T-Mobile said that your number had not been transferred. I called your company again. I stayed behind the line for more than 25 minutes. One of your colleagues named Rumi promised me your problem. It will be solved and also your mobile phone will be sent on the same day. The next day, I called your company again. After 23 minutes behind the line, I realized that not only was my mobile phone not sent, but also that a new contract had not been signed. Hold to solve the problem, the connection was disconnected, they did not call again. Finally, the last thing they did was cancel your order and order again. I will never use your service again I will tell all my friends the lack of skill of your employees as well as your amateur support.
