★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel goed geholpen met vervanging van m'n scherm. Helaas kwamen er twee dagen later barsten in de achterkant van m'n telefoon. Even gebeld en ondanks dat ze stelden dat dit eigenlijk niet van de reparatie kon komen werd het wel gratis gemaakt. Ik kom hier zeker terug mocht m'n oneplus nog eens stuk gaan.
Helped very well with replacing my screen. Unfortunately, the back of my phone cracked two days later. Just called and although they stated that this could not actually come from the repair, it was made for free. I will definitely come back here if my oneplus breaks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misschien hebben deze mensen verstaan van de componenten van de telefoon vervangen maar als de reparatie ietsjes ingewikkelder is gaat het mis. Het scherm vervangen kunnen ze wel maar laat ze niets met een moederbord van jouw telefoon doen. Ik ben twee keer door deze reparatie winkel geholpen. Eerste keer ging alles goed (scherm en achterkant vervangen) behalve dat mijn tel niet meer waterdicht was. Door dat toen hij in het water is gevallen ging het moederbord kapot door waterschade. Tweede keer gingen dingen zoals communicatie en uitleg over uitgevoerd reparatie mis. Gelukkig no cure no pay.
Maybe these people have understood about replacing the phone's components, but if the repair is a little more complicated, things go wrong. They can replace the screen, but don't let them do anything with a motherboard of your phone. I have been helped by this repair shop twice. First time everything went well (screen and back replaced) except my phone was no longer waterproof. Because of that when it fell into the water, the motherboard broke due to water damage. Second time things like communication and explanation about repair performed went wrong. Fortunately no cure no pay.

ik bel hun op, van goh, er is wat aan de hand,
wat kan dit zijn,
de man had eigenlijk al geen zin om antwoord te geven,
vervolgens na toch antwoord te geven vraag ik wat het kost.
er wordt een best hoge prijs genoemd,
en ik zeg letterlijk "oei, het is dat ik wat krap bij kas zit".
De man zegt:
ja ik kan niet goedkoper doen voor jou.
fijne avond verder.
en verbreekt de verbinding.
kortom, alles behalve professioneel.
ik doe geen zaken met dit soort mensen die aan de telefoon al raar reageren.
antisocial!
I call them, gosh, there's something going on,
what could this be,
the man didn't really feel like answering,
then after answering anyway I ask what it costs.
a rather high price is mentioned,
and I literally say "oh, it's that I'm a bit short on cash".
The man says:
yes i can't do cheaper for you.
have a nice evening.
and disconnects.
in short, anything but professional.
I don't do business with these kind of people who are already acting weird on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend. Went to get my screen replaced and was told they would put in an “original Apple screen”. Ended up with a B/C screen that fell apart from the inside (!!) within a half a year and I had to get it repaired again. Also overcharged me.
Edit: they got in touch with me and refunded a part of the price
