Very good quality and if something goes wrong it is neatly resolved very customer friendly and what you order you also get, not to mention they not only make stairs and handrails

Echter, de klanten service vind ik een drama. Voor 1100 euro aan hout gekocht en daarbij een spin gehuurd.
Omdat wij nog geen data hadden om ons project te laten uitvoeren, kwamen wij er later achter dat 1 plank zo krom is als een hoepel, en tevens gelijmd! (Was duidelijk zichtbaar).
Hierop bericht gezocht. Maar omdat dit na de 8 dagen was, geen recht op restitutie en de spin kon ik beter houden, ivm "huur". Moest 2 weken wachten op een antwoord. Geen out of office.
Zelden zo slecht behandeld als klant.

However, I find the customer service a tragedy. Bought wood for 1100 euros and rented a spider.
Because we did not yet have data to have our project carried out, we later found out that 1 plank is as curved as a hoop, and also glued! (Was clearly visible).
Searched for this message. But because this was after the 8 days, no right to a refund and the spin I could keep better, because of "rent". Had to wait 2 weeks for an answer. No out of office.
Rarely treated so badly as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased wood to renovate our stairs. Overall product is very nice.
However, we placed an order of more than 1000 euro. 1 Piece was very poor quality, it was 2 pieces of wood glued to each other, completely bend. We saw it too late as we started the project later than planned and therefore couldn’t get the money back for that piece, which we understand.
With that said, it took more then 2 weeks to get a response via email. Reply was not friendly. Even if a business cannot return the money to consumers due to its regulations, it can at least apologize for a poor experience, which will guarantee that consumers will come back in the future and recommend your business to others.
