Deze week ging, na jaren, mijn wasmachine kapot. Ik belde de Firma Benly en zij zorgden ervoor dat ik diezelfde dag een nieuwe wasmachine had. En dat terwijl ik 57 km uit de buurt woon. Super service, Bedankt Tom. We have been buying our equipment from Firma Benly for years. Always satisfied with the service. There is no denying it, you always get an honest answer. This week, after years, my washing machine broke. I called the Benly Company and they made sure I had a new washing machine that same day. And that while I live 57 km away from the neighborhood. Super service, Thanks Tom.

Had een goedkoper merk vaatwasser bij hun gekocht waar een storing aan kwam binnen 2 weken. De klacht was niet gelijk op te lossen ter plekke en tot mijn grote verbazing kwam binnen een uurtje een splinternieuwevaatwasser uit de doos en werd gratis gemonteerd . Probeer dit maar eens bij een aanbieder op het internet, dan kom je echt zelf het probleem op te lossen. Team Benly; bedankt voor de superservice ! Perfect service, solve a complaint immediately without making it difficult! Had bought a cheaper brand of dishwasher from them that had a malfunction within 2 weeks. The complaint could not be solved immediately on the spot and to my great surprise a brand new dishwasher came out of the box within an hour and was installed free of charge. Try this with a provider on the internet, then you will really solve the problem yourself. Team Benly; thanks for the super service!
