Na contact te hebben gehad bleken de adresgegevens niet te kloppen en zijn de batterijen alsnog opgestuurd en vandaag ontvangen. December 13, 2020 order placed and paid but never received. Recently contacted and requested a refund. After contact, the address details turned out to be incorrect and the batteries were still sent and received today.

Ik heb het product gewoon teruggestuurd met een formulier van de website. Als ik het aankoopbedrag + porto niet ontvang schakel ik rechtsbijstand in. Geen telefoonnummer op de website, alleen via een formulier een bericht sturen (waar je geen antwoord op krijgt). Ondanks dat er ook positieve reviews zijn, lijkt deze zaak een oplichter. elektronica-online CRAPshop! Update: 2 mails van Erik (zo heet die gast); in de eerste zegt hij dat hij het gaat oplossen met de kanttekening dat hij het niet netjes van me vind dat ik aangeef wat mijn stappen zullen zijn. 2de mail 5 mins later, dat hij alleen nog maar met de rechtsbijstand verder praat. Maw weg centjes, iig wel zwart op wit. Dat is dan wel heel handig van hem. ordered and received the (broken) product on time. If I do not receive the purchase amount + postage, I will turn to legal aid. No telephone number on the website, only send a message via a form (to which you will not receive an answer). Despite the fact that there are also positive reviews, this case appears to be a scammer. electronics-online CRAPshop! Update: 2 mails from Erik (that's the name of the guy); in the first he says he will solve it with the caveat that he does not think it is nice of me to indicate what my steps will be. 2nd email 5 mins later, that he is only talking to legal aid. In other words, money gone, even in black and white. That is very handy of him.

Je mag hem niet retourneren, de kabels komen in een zak die je open moet maken en dit staat op de site: "Belangrijk is wel dat de verpakking niet is geopend en de verzegeling niet is verbroken. Kabels worden door ons bijvoorbeeld verpakt in een doorzichtige sealbag. Hierdoor kunt het artikel goed zien, en is de kwaliteit goed te beoordelen zonder de verpakking te openen." En je mag hem vervolgens ook niet terug sturen als defect, want dit staat op de site: "Test de kabel op een lagere resolutie of verversingsfrequentie, wanneer hij dan wel werkt is de kabel niet defect." Dus let op dat je hier nooit kabels besteld. If you buy a cable and it does not meet the specifications as stated on the site, you are the sjaak. You cannot return it, the cables come in a bag that you have to open and this is stated on the site: "It is important that the packaging has not been opened and the seal has not been broken. And you may not return it as defective, because this is stated on the site: "Test the cable at a lower resolution or refresh rate, if it works then the cable is not defective." So make sure you never order cables here.

Factuur werd pas na navragen verstuurd. Scammers! Expensive leaking imitation batteries new in packaging with fake label. Will be sent without packaging. No guarantee of course. Invoice was only sent after request.

Zelf begrijp ik de negatieve recenties niet. Ik heb hier nooit een probleem gehad met een bestelling. Als 'lokale' klant haal ik wel altijd de bestelling zelf op. Dus heb geen ervaring met verzenden. 73, Jan PD4YKM Great electronics store. Buy items here regularly for the electronics hobby. It's just a shame that the range of HF for the radio amateur is somewhat limited. I don't understand the negative reviews myself. I've never had a problem with an order here. P	Parminder Ghotra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute junk of a shop. Don't go by cheap prices, you will eventually end up paying more because you have to buy the same thing from genuine shop. I ordered some batteries from them and I received it in a polyethylene bag with no covering. And guess, what all the batteries were junk and used up. Learnt my lesson hard way, so please ignore the shop and prevent yourself going through the pain. I wish I could give less than one star. Pathetic!
j	jeroen geldhof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low prices convinced me to give them a try. Because I had the package delivered to a collection point I wasn't sure when it would arrive. After a long time not receiving a message that the package was sent I tried contacting and even calling them by phone, but didn't receive an answer. I turns out however the package had already arrived at the collection point without me knowing. The package arrived well, and the product was as described. So all and all a good product for a good price. Improvement could be to send a track and trace number on shippping. This is common practice, doesn't take additional time, and it makes sure that the customer is aware of what's happening to his order. Update: The company contacted me they regret that no track and trace number was sent because they normally do send this.
