★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apotheek beschouwt de klant als een kind die niet zelf over z'n eigen gezondheid gaat, als een wilsonbekwaam persoon. Apotheek luistert alleen maar een dokter.
Daarnaast is het eigenbelang in economische zin doorslaggevend. Ze geeft meer of minder pillen dan gebraagd, als het de apotheek voorraad scheelt.
Ik hoop dat mijn ingediende klacht zoden aan de dijk zet.
