β β β β β De apotheek is zeer ruim van opzet (2 ingangen) en goed geoutilleerd. Men kan zittend wachten. Er is ruim voldoende personeel aanwezig. Het personeel is vriendelijk en kundig. De balie is rond gebouwd en er kunnen 4 klanten tegelijk worden geholpen, waarbij de privacy echter niet in het gedrang komt. Desgewenst kan men vragen om in een aparte ruimte te woord te worden gestaan. Men gebruikt volgnummers, herhaalservice en een herhaalcode-invoer om niet te hoeven wachten.. Echt een aanrader!
The pharmacy is very spacious (2 entrances) and well equipped. You can wait while sitting. There is plenty of staff available. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The counter is built round and 4 customers can be served at the same time, but privacy is not compromised. If desired, you can ask to be spoken to in a separate room. Sequence numbers, repeat service and repeat code entry are used to avoid having to wait .. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Al heel lang "mijn apotheek". Veel verbeteringen gezien, in de loop der jaren. Wanneer iets onverhoopt mis loopt, wordt er direct gezocht naar een goede oplossing. Medewerkers denken echt mee en doen hun best om het jou zo makkelijk mogelijk te maken. Ik voel me beslist geen 'nummer' daar.
De herhaal service is fantastisch evenals het feit dat de medicijnen gebracht worden wanneer het je niet lukt om de deur uit te gaan. Zeker de beste apotheek van Haarlem.
For a long time "my pharmacy". Seen many improvements over the years. When something unexpectedly goes wrong, a good solution is immediately sought. Employees really think along and do their best to make it as easy as possible for you. I definitely don't feel like a 'number' there.
The repeat service is fantastic as well as the fact that the medicines are delivered when you are unable to leave the house. Certainly the best pharmacy in Haarlem.

β β β β β Al ruim 20 jaar mijn apotheek, alhoewel ik inmiddels verhuisd ben verderweg in de regio. Dat ik hier 'klant' blijf zegt denk ik genoeg!
Hele kundige, aardige en geduldige medewerkers, topservice en met de jaren esthetisch ook een mooiere apotheek geworden.
My pharmacy for over 20 years, although I have now moved further afield in the region. I think that staying here 'customer' says enough!
Very knowledgeable, kind and patient employees, top service and has also become a more aesthetically pleasing pharmacy over the years.

β β β β β Als je de apotheek belt krijg je een heeeel oud ingesproken bericht dat ze 2e pinksterdag zijn gesloten! Telefoon wordt ook niet beantwoord terwijl ze gewoon open zijn. Erg jammer, kun je toch ook niet serieus nemen....
When you call the pharmacy you get a very old voice message that they are closed 2th Pentecost day! Phone is also not answered while they are just open. Too bad you can't take it seriously...
