 Often busy and then it is a long wait. A pharmacy vending machine would be ideal here.

Heel schoffering behandeld.
Bijna 40 minuten bezig geweest om medicatie te krijgen.
Service quite poor.
Dealt with quite a bit of civilization.
Almost 40 minutes to get medication.

β β β β β Ik vind het toch wel een gebrek aan service en klantgerichtheid als je niet even vertelt of medicatie onder het eigen risico valt en wat dit dan kost. Dat moet je weten als apotheker en dus ook vertellen. Heel slecht.
I think it is a lack of service and customer focus if you do not tell us whether medication falls under the deductible and what it costs. As a pharmacist you must know this and therefore also tell them. Very bad.

Dus bellen kun je daarvoor of daarna doen.
From 12:00 to 14:00 lunch break. Wow that's customer friendly.
So you can call before or after.

Great service when I needed to get bandages for my younger brother. It was soon my turn and the pharmacist knew what I needed right away.
