S	Spider eXPerience on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vaak lang wachten. je ziet veel mensen achten lopen, maar niemand die even bij springt, bij drukte. de vrolijkheid stralen ze ook niet uit. lijkt wel of ze te weinig slapen. de extra kosten die ze in rekening nemen voor de uitleg, moet je nog steeds betalen. terwijl je geen uitleg nodig heb, bij elke maand herhaal recept. of ze printen de gebruiksaanwijzing uit. often a long wait. you see many people walking eight, but no one who jumps in when it is busy. they don't radiate happiness either. seems like they don't sleep enough. you still have to pay the extra costs they charge for the explanation. while you need no explanation, with every month repeat prescription. or they print out the user manual.
R	Remco Bandoge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update oktober 2019 Volgens de Apotheker ( nieuwe mevrouw de meneer werkt er niet meer ) Bepaald mevrouw wat wel en niet medisch noodzakelijk is op een recept . Terwijl de huisarts het erbij heeft staan op het recept ! Onbeschoft wordt je behandeld. Van de 5 recepten printen ze er 2 uit en na veel gemopper komen de andere 3 uit de printer gerold. Wij gaan weg naar een apotheek die klant vriendelijker is. Mini update. Dank voor Lissane! Lissane die er werkt heeft wel mee willen werken aan een oplossing en als het goed is ga ik nu wel de medicijnen krijgen. Het is nu in handen van de assistente van de huisarts. Lang wachten en weinig vriendelijkheid van de baliemedewerkers. Update Juli 2017 Sinds mijn vorige review 4 maand geleden is er weinig veranderd.... Blijven discuseren met klanten ondanks het goede recept... Advies voor de apotheek: stuur je personeel op klantvriendelijkheid training. Advies voor andere klanten: ga opzoek naar een andere apotheek. Advice for the pharmacy: send your staff on customer-friendly training. Advice for other customers: look for another pharmacy.
