Just stood here with 3 others in front of a closed door when they should have been open for half an hour. Definitely long lunch break ...

Ondanks dat deze persoon niet in de rij staat en ergens anders in de apotheek. Ik schrijf me wel ergens anders in. Bad service. Unclear row distribution. You may be the first in line, but still not being helped because someone else was before. Although this person is not in line and somewhere else in the pharmacy. I will register somewhere else.

Ik heb meegemaakt dat ik een herhaalrecept heb opgevraagd bij de huisarts en zij hebben mij nooit laten weten dat dit product tijdelijk niet leverbaard is. Ik heb er zelf achteraan moeten gaan en kwam hier achter. Aan de telefoon ook onbehulpzaam...ze nemen gewoon niet op omdat het "druk" is! Ik zou nu wel willen weten of mijn medicijnen er zijn voordat ik weer langs ga en (te) lang in de rij moet wachten. Unfriendly staff. I have experienced that I have requested a repeat prescription from the doctor and they have never informed me that this product is temporarily unavailable. I had to go after it myself and found out. Unhelpful on the phone too ... they just don't answer because it's "busy"! I would like to know if my medication is there before I visit again and have to wait (too) long in line.
L	Luuk Scholtens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastische apotheek !! Ik kom hier al jaren en word altijd zeer vriendelijk en deskundig geholpen. Ik begrijp niet dat ze niet hoger scoren. Maar waarschijnlijk zijn dat azijnzeikers die overal wel wat op aan te merken hebben. Hoe dan ook, ik raad deze apotheek zeker aan !! Fantastic Pharmacy !! I have been coming here for years and I always receive very friendly and professional assistance. I don't understand that they don't score higher. But probably those are vinegar sugars that have something to criticize everywhere. Anyway, I definitely recommend this pharmacy !!
A	Anon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn opa is overleden en moest voor mijn zwaar aangeslagen moeder medicijnen ophalen zodat ze rustig kon blijven in het vliegtuig. Snel in de ochtend een recept gehaald bij de huisarts en direct naar de apotheek gegaan. Daar had ik nog een niet opgehaalde medicijn liggen (voor dezelfde indicatie) en vroeg of ik dat ook gelijk mee kon nemen. De assistente gaf aan dat het medicijn weer terug in de ladekast is gezet omdat het al een paar maanden lag. Daarna mijn excuses aangeboden over dat ik het niet eerder op kwam halen en vroeg of ze dat opnieuw voor mij klaar kon zetten. Dat kon volgens haar niet terwijl ze het medicijn al hadden gedeclareerd bij de zorgverzekeraar. Toen gaf ik aan dat ik het originele recept wil zodat ik het bij een andere apotheek op kon halen. Dat kon volgende de apothekersassistent ook niet. Alleen beseft zij zelf niet dat ik zelf een apotheker ben en gewoon weet dat ze gewoon voor mijn gezicht zit te liegen. Echt te bizar voor woorden. Daarnaast heeft ze totaal geen medeleven over dat mijn opa is overleden. Volgende keer kom ik hier niet meer. My grandfather died and had to pick up medicines for my badly hit mother so that she could remain calm on the plane. In the morning I quickly got a prescription from the doctor and went straight to the pharmacy. There I had an uncollected medicine (for the same indication) and asked if I could take it with me immediately. The assistant indicated that the drug was put back in the drawer because it had been lying there for a few months. Then apologized for not picking it up earlier and asked if she could prepare it for me again. She said that was not possible when they had already declared the medicine to the health insurer. Then I indicated that I want the original prescription so that I could pick it up at another pharmacy. That was not possible according to the pharmacist's assistant. Only she herself does not realize that I am a pharmacist myself and just knows that she is just lying in front of my face. Really too bizarre for words. In addition, she has no sympathy at all that my grandfather died. I will not come here again next time.
H	HungerGames on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds de verbouwing sterk verbeterd. Erg vriendelijk personeel en professionele persoonlijke en empathische hulp. Dat was ik bij andere apotheken niet gewend. Ik vind het vreemd dat deze vestiging laag scoort wellicht omdat het publiek hier niet goed spoort. Nabij ligt een psychiatrische kliniek en het is niet de beste buurt. Much improved since the renovation. Very friendly staff and professional personal and empathetic help. I was not used to that at other pharmacies. I find it strange that this location scores low, perhaps because the public does not track well here. There is a psychiatric clinic nearby and it is not the best area.

De service en klantvriendelijkheid zijn zoals voorheen bovengemiddeld goed en daar past een moderne apotheek met dito inrichting en diensten bij. Proficiat en dank voor de goede zorg. BENU Pharmacy Wester recently had a high-quality renovation with a fantastic result.
