Qualitativ macht das Gokart einen sehr guten Eindruck. Mal abwarten wie es sich verhält, wenn mein Sohn damit unterwegs ist. Ein Bauteil war leider falsch geschweißt, so daß eine Montage des Sitzes nicht möglich war. Über den freundlichen Kundenservice wurde direkt ein Ersatzteil versendet. Sehr Kundenfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Kann ich nur empfehlen. The pre-order was made on the agreed date. Super packed. All sensitive parts were packed in bubble wrap. In terms of quality, the go-kart makes a very good impression. We'll wait and see how it behaves when my son is on the road with it. Unfortunately, one component was incorrectly welded so that it was not possible to assemble the seat. A spare part was sent directly via the friendly customer service. Very customer-friendly and courteous. I can only recommend.
M	Mike Michels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik zou op 3 mei een product geleverd krijgen van Berg Toys. Helaas had ik geen bericht ontvangen over de levering. Bij navraag bleek dat het product om onbekende redenen niet was aangemeld bij de bezorgdienst. De telefoniste drukte me op het hart dat direct aangemeld zou worden. Niks bleek minder waar. Ik werd gebeld dat het onmogelijk was het product aan te melden en dat het op zijn vroegst pas 4 dagen later aangemeld kon worden. Na heel veel heen en weer gebel en gemail, hebben ze het uiteindelijk voor elkaar gekregen om, weliswaar iets later dan gepland, toch een chopper inclusief cadeau op te sturen. I would receive a product from Berg Toys on May 3. Unfortunately I had not received a message about the delivery. Upon inquiry, it turned out that the product had not been reported to the delivery service for unknown reasons. The operator told me that I would be registered immediately. Nothing turned out to be further from the truth. I received a call that it was impossible to register the product and that it could not be registered until 4 days later at the earliest. After a lot of phone calls and e-mails back and forth, they finally managed to send a chopper including a gift, albeit a little later than planned.
P	P R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Support antwortet einfach nicht, 2 Anfragen im April 2020 einfach unbeantwortet. Jetzt hinterher trotzdem ein Berg Black Edition gekauft, nagelneu. Die rechte Lenkstange springt dauernd raus, wieso auch immer, ich kann den Fehler nicht erkennen! Praktisch somit komplett unbrauchbar. Mal sehen wie und ob das Problem gelöst wird... Habe jetzt mal erst den Verkäufer kontaktiert. In der Preisklasse an sich inakzeptabel. Das Ersatzteil kam recht schnell und unkompliziert, und es hält bislang. Daher ein Stern dazu. Support just doesn't answer, 2 requests in April 2020 simply unanswered. But still bought a Berg Black Edition afterwards, brand new. The right handlebar keeps popping out, whatever the case, I can't see the error! Practically completely useless. Let's see how and if the problem is solved ... I just contacted the seller. In itself unacceptable in the price range. The replacement part came quickly and easily, and it has lasted so far. Hence a star.
D	Danja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben een berg trampoline gekocht via Bol.com. Helaas naar 5 weken zagen wij dat het springvlak beschadigd was. Wij hebben een zoontje van 6 jaar oud die als enige gebruik maakt van de trampoline. Onvoorstelbaar dat de trampoline dus al zo snel kapot was. Berg trampolines wil dit niet vergoeden of compenseren omdat dit niet onder de garantie valt. Wel hebben zij aangegeven dat ik een nieuw springvlak dien te kopen want het is onveilig. Ongelooflijk dat je een trampoline koopt van 650,- en dat deze na 5 weken kapot is en er geen enkele tegemoetkoming of garantie wordt gegeven door Berg. En zeker ook jammer dat bol.com ook niet tot een oplossing kan komen. We bought a mountain trampoline via Bol.com. Unfortunately after 5 weeks we saw that the jumping surface was damaged. We have a 6 year old son who is the only one who uses the trampoline. Unbelievable that the trampoline was broken so quickly. Berg trampolines does not want to reimburse or compensate this because it is not covered by the warranty. They have indicated that I should buy a new jumping surface because it is unsafe. It is unbelievable that you buy a trampoline for 650,- and that it is broken after 5 weeks and no compensation or guarantee is given by Berg. And it is certainly a pity that bol.com cannot come up with a solution either.

C	Carlo Licini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've bought a Berg Go2 (go karts) for our son. He's been playing with it almost every day for a year and he doesn't seem to get tired of it. Go2 is much more stable in the turns, than a classical tricicle (with a single front wheel). THe only problem is when our son tries to ride a classical tricicle with the same confidence... ups! The Company also helped us (customer service) with the product under warranty for a problem we had. We're looking forward to buy another product in the future when our first son grows up, while our second one will use the Go2.
