Wat een geluk dat we zo’n goed bedrijf gevraagd hebben om onze rookgasafvoerkanalen te vernieuwen.
Zonder het te weten werden er onverwachte inpandige bevestigingen aangetroffen wat de klus zeer bewerkelijk maakte. Onverschrokken werd de enorme en vaak ook lastige opdracht geklaard.
Elke dag 3 tot 4 woningen en een aantal inclusief nieuwe CV installatie.
Steeds weer stipt op tijd, geen vuil of overlast in de woningen.
Kortom een bedrijf met kennis van zaken.
En mocht er weer eens iets zijn?

How lucky we are to have asked such a good company to renew our flue gas flues.
Unknowingly, unexpected indoor fixings were found making the job very laborious. Undeterred, the enormous and often difficult task was completed.
Every day 3 to 4 homes and some including new central heating installation.
Always on time, no dirt or nuisance in the homes.
In short, a company with expertise.
And if there is something wrong again?

Even if it was the last day of the year and they were not working, they helped me out over the phone and with WhatsApp along with the video instructions of their website. In less than half an hour, mission accomplished! I had hot water again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right should be right, and i don't like giving negative review. As you can I mostly write positive reviews on google.
And the actual work performance on installing new heater and maintenance was decent work. So no complaint on the quality of work.
However after the last maintenance he accidentally took my filling hose that I have had here for years. Both me and my wife is 100% sure he accidentally took it with him. And that is an honest mistake! I have no problem with that, everyone makes innocent mistakes.
HOWEVER, what i do not respect is arrogantly refusing to even discuss the matter. I was just dismissed out of hand, saying he didnt have my hose, without even discussing it.
Again, everyone makes mistakes. But refusing to even talk about it, or being willing to correct it is not a very good personal trait.
Its not a very expensive thing, so its not a very big issue. But it is a principal issue. And i certainly know how I would have handled it if the situation was reverse.
After a few years with Berger, my business will go elsewhere now.
